Directions to Faith Baptist Church

1.  Take I-55 South from Memphis, TN towards Grenada, Mississippi.
2.  Half way to Grenada, MS (about an hour south of Memphis, TN) you will
        approach Batesville, MS.
3.  There are two exits for Batesville, and you need to take the 2nd Exit one
         for Highway 6 which heads towards Oxford, MS.
        [ Take the second ramp as you crest the top of the overpass at the
        2nd Batesville Exit. This will place you on Highway 6 East, which is a
        4 lane divided highway. ]
        [ Oxford is the home of the University of Mississippi, known as "Ole Miss."]
4. About 5.5 miles on Highway 6 East of Batesville, you see an exit sign for
        Water Valley.
5. Take this exit to the right to place you on Highway 315.
6. Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp, which will head you South
        to Southeast on Highway 315.
        [ Hwy. 315 is a well paved 2 lane road. In the daytime, there are many
        beautiful forest and rural scenes along the route.]
7.  Travel about 20 to 30 minutes on Highway 315, until you come to the
        intersection of Highway 7. It is the first (and only) 4 lane divided highway
        you will encounter on 315. Highway 7 is a by-passes around the town of
        Water Valley. [ There is a Shell gas station (previously a Texaco) on the right
        hand corner of this intersection. ]
8.  Proceed through the intersection, staying on the 2 lane road and going across
        Highway 7.
9. Proceed exactly 1 mile to the first 4 Way Stop intersection at Main Street.]
        [ As you travel this mile, the road slowly winds up and to the right, then
        winds down and to the left before coming to the 4 Way Stop.]
10. Proceed across the Main Street intersection to the next Stop Sign where
        your road will "T" into Central Street.
        [ A Winn-Dixie grocery store will be on the far left across Central Street.]
11.  Turn Left onto Central Street. [Central Street is also called Old Highway 7.]
12.  Proceed to the next traffic light, then one short block to Myers Street.
        [Myers Street is just past a Shell Gas Station on the left after the traffic light.]
13.  Turn Right onto Myers Street.
14. Proceed a short block across Eckford Street into the Church Parking Lot.
        [ You will cross over a small one lane street as you enter the parking lot.]
        This is Eckford Street. The church is to your left and the parsonage is to
        your right. The large gray-colored metal building directly in front of you
        is our new "gymnatorium."]
